In-Person Home Staging Consultation
Our in-person home staging consultation is the perfect starting point to prepare your home for the market. During this one-on-one session, we'll walk through your property with you and discuss its full potential.
After the consultation, you'll receive a detailed Staging Report. This comprehensive guide will include:
A prioritized list of items to remove, declutter, or repair.
A clear plan outlining which rooms will be staged and the furniture and decor we will bring in.
The consultation fee is $175. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your consultation.
Following our meeting, you'll receive an invoice and a staging contract. Both must be signed and paid in full before the staging installation.
Care
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favorites. We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.
