Care instructions: Spot clean only for the best kept cover. Machine washing is not reccomended as materials are not pre-shrunk and will cause the cover to lose shape.
Use a down filled insert for the best look, for a fuller pillow you can size up your insert for 18x18's and 20x20's. I don't reccomend sizing up for our lumbars.
