Additional Services

Additional services we offer are;

• Decluttering and packing / removing belongings from rooms for the stage. We will box items and store them in your home for you, this is charged at an hourly rate of $125. You are responsible for removing items from the property if necessary, as well as any storage units / fees associated.
• Repairs, paint, lighting and small renovations. 
• Wallpapering and wall treatments. 

All services are provided by skilled trades and are hired separately at an hourly rate. Rates are subject to change. We offer a free estimate prior to beginning, estimates will include the cost of material and hourly rate. We strive to provide the most accurate estimate possible, in most cases we will include a contingency as a buffer for any unforeseen expenses.
