Vacant Home Staging

Full service staging from estimate to consultation and installation. We design curated spaces to captivate buyers and evoke an emotional connection with your home. The first impression should be lasting. We use timeless design and functional space planning to spark buyers imaginations and show them how to utilize the space. Pricing is per room, per month. A minimum of 3 rooms staged is required. There is a flat rate installation/ removal fee of $750 and a $250 consultation fee before proceeding.

We offer free estimates prior to staging and free listing photography for all stages.

We request that you prepare by decluttering and depersonalizing areas we discuss during our walk through prior to your stage date. if decluttering or packing personal items is required by us, it is charged at an hourly rate of $125 per hour.

We offer repairs, paint and lighting at an additional cost. We encourage you to hire a professional cleaner prior to listing, although this is optional, we highly recommend it.

Estimates & Photography

estimates and photography are provided for free with all staging services. estimates will be conducted over the phone prior to your consultation. estimates are based on your desired staging package and the square footage of your house. in most cases we will request photos of your space for more accurate estimates and a desired list date. after your free estimate you can book an in person consultation ($250), and select your package as well as any additional services. after signing our contract, staging begins.
