Occupied Home Staging

Occupied staging is ideal for someone seeking advice on preparing their home for sale and interested in a partial stage or furniture rental. See full and half day staging for more information on affordable staging options.

This process includes a thorough walk through with detailed recommendations on how to declutter, repair, rearrange, and enhance curb appeal. In some cases paint, lighting, or specific repairs may be recommended, after your consultation you will receive a written report with all of the recommendations to get your home ready to hit the market.

Additionally, you can add a half or full day of staging where we use existing furniture and add decorative pieces/ furniture to help enhance your home for listing photos and buyers.

We request that you prepare by decluttering and depersonalizing areas we discuss during our walk through prior to your stage date. If decluttering or packing personal items is required by us, it is charged at an hourly rate of $125 per hour.

We offer repairs, paint and lighting at an additional cost. We encourage you to hire a professional cleaner prior to listing, although this is optional, we highly recommend it.
